Executive Team
Christine Williams-Timme, Co-Founder
Ms. Williams-Timme is responsible for the development of FinListics Solutions'
strategic vision and positioning of its services and products. She is also responsible
for the development of educational systems and management of relationships with strategic
partners, universities and other educational organizations. Christine Williams-Timme's
background includes banking and portfolio management. Ms. Timme received her Master of
Science in Management in 1992 from Georgia State University. There she received the Carl
A. Bramlette, Jr. Scholastics Achievement Award and the George J. Malanos Award for
the most outstanding MS student, and academic excellence.

Dr. Stephen G. Timme, Co-Founder
At FinListics Solutions, Dr. Stephen G. Timme is responsible for content, customization
and management of delivery. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Institute of
Technology. There he teaches in their Executive Masters of International Logistics and
The Logistics Institute. Dr. Timme was previously a Professor of Finance at the Roberto
Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. There he twice won the
Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award. Dr. Timme received his Ph.D. in finance in 1982
from Georgia State University.

Scott Hamilton, Product Management
Scott Hamilton is responsible for Product Management activities at FinListics Solutions.
Scott's experience includes an 11 year stint at Standard & Poor's where he worked in
various capacities including, Director of Institutional Content and Director of Delivery Systems.
Scott joined Diner's Club International in 1999 where he directed all International
Product Management efforts as Director-Global Products and most recently held a position
at Qwest Cyber Solutions as a Senior Solution Architect for ERP and CRM applications.
Scott has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.

Steve Belmear , Product Development
Steve Belmear is responsible for the technology development at Finlistics Solutions.
Steve has 15 years of experience developing financial software applications. He worked at
CB Commercial for six years developing cash flow and valuation financial models for their
investment division. Steve joined Standard & Poor's in 1993 and worked in various capacities
including Product Manager of institutional portfolio management application development and
Director of data distribution systems. Steve has been working with Finlistics Solutions for
the past four years. Steve has a B.S.B.A. in Finance as well as an M.B.A. in Management
Information Systems from the University of Denver.

Kathleen Kraynick, Business Operations
At FinListics Solutions, Kathleen Kraynick is responsible for business operations, including contracts,
billing and scheduling. Ms. Kraynick also prepares website content and manages FinListics Solutions'
e-newsletter and is the contact for media inquiries. Prior to joining FinListics Solutions,
Ms. Kraynick worked for nine years with Information Builders, where she managed business operations
in their Customer Education department. She has also worked in the public broadcasting field. Ms. Kraynick
earned a Bachelors Degree with honors from Oglethorpe University in 1988.
