FinListics Donates to Charity Horse Show and Auction

May 9, 2019 | Dr. Stephen Timme

GalaxyfinalFor the second year in a row, FinListics Solutions is donating to William Shatner's Annual Hollywood Charity Horse Show and Auction to be held on June 1, 2019. The funds raised help a wide range of charities including those benefiting medically challenged children and our wounded veterans.

The charity was founded in 1990 after Mr. Shatner watched an exhibition of severely handicapped children performing exercises on the backs of horses. Today, the charity event enjoys national press coverage and brings in world-class reigning horses and their riders, who compete for top honors in their respective classes.

As the sun sets on the day, the auction begins, and famous country music groups perform after guests enjoy a delectable dinner. For people unable to attend the event, Mr. Shatner has also included a silent online auction filled with a unique set of offerings sure to appeal to a wide array of bidders.

Last year, FinListics Solutions donated a life-sized fiberglass Arabian horse statue painted by artist Jaime Tovar with Star Trek images. William Shatner autographed the piece and it was the highest auctioned item, bringing $15,000, all to benefit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

This year Finlistics Solutions is donating the services of artist Joe Everson. Joe has a vast array of talents. In addition to his painting skills, he is also an accomplished singer, who has appeared on national television shows and numerous national sporting events and charity galas.

PaintingJoe will open this year’s event by singing the national anthem while he paints on a large 36 x 48 canvas. Initially, the audience will not be able to identify the image until he flips the canvas 180 degrees to reveal a very recognizable scene! The finished artwork will then be auctioned live at the charity event. Joe has inspired many audiences with his patriotic performances and we look forward to watching him live on June 1st! See his performance and learn more about Joe at the following link:

In addition to his performance at the event, Joe is also painting an image of Captain Kirk which will be autographed by both Joe and William Shatner. The painting will be available in the online auction. Joe has painted many celebrities, including Dr. Spock!

We will highlight Joe’s remarkable career in our next update. His story is truly a "rags to riches" tale and one that you will not want to miss! Joe and his agent are located in Greenville, S.C. FinListics' President and Founder, Stephen Timme plan to visit Joe at his studio this weekend. Please watch for additional releases highlighting this exceptional event and the FinListics Solutions donation to this year’s gala.
